Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas wedding: Latest Updates
It’s the season of love and now that we have wrapped up one most talked about wedding of the year, it’s time to begin the next one. After Ranveer and Deepika tied the knot at a lavish wedding, Priyanka and Nick are all set to do the same. Where #VeerDeep preferred to take their wedding out of the country to the beautiful Lake Como in Italy, #NickYanka preferred to do just the opposite. They brought their wedding home to Jodhpur instead.
Piyanka and Nick were spotted at Mumbai Airport flying to Jodhpur and arriving at the Jodhpur airport to reach their wedding venue. They were accompanied by their parents Madhu Chopra and Denise Jonas and Kevin Jonas Sr. The festivities started with a pooja performed by Priyanka’s mother at their Mumbai residence.

They were accompanied by Nick’s brother Joe Jonas and his fiancé Sophie Turner. Sophie was seen waving at fans at the Mumbai airport as she and Joe left for Jodhpur.

#NickYanka will be getting married at the Umaid Bhavan Palace in Jodhpur.
Reports have it that the celebrations will take place all over Jodhpur. The celebratory line-up includes a Sangeet ceremony, Cocktail party, two wedding ceremonies and much more.
Anusha Dandekar and boyfriend Karan Kundra arrived at Jodhpur on the same day as Kevin Jonas and wife Deniella Jonas. Designer Sandeep Khosla and choreographer Ganesh Hegde too were spotted at the airport along with a lot of Nick and Priyanka’s family and friends.

It seems they had hired an entire Air India flight to fly the wedding party to Jodhpur.

The Umaid Bhavan Palace was has been decorated like a bride and a line-up of luxury cars greets the guests outside.
The Sangeet has been choreographed by Ganesh Hegde and will see performances by Priyanka’s mother Madhu Chopra, brother Siddharth Chopra, a duet by Priyanka and Nick and a solo by Nick where he will perform a special song written by him for his lady love.
Parinitee Chopra will also be performing a special song for the couple.

The Haldi ceremony will be held on the 1st December at the Umaid Bhaval Palace.
Although the wedding will happen at the Umaid Bhavan Palace, the pre-wedding celebrations will happen at the Mehrangarh Fort.
The wedding will take place twice, once according to Christian traditions to honour Nick’s heritage and then according to Hindu tradition to honour Priyanka’s heritage.
The christian wedding will be officiated by Nick’s father Kevin Jonas Sr.
Nick and Priyanka are slated to wear Dior for their Christian Wedding and Anita Dongre and Abu Jani and Sandeep Khosla outfits for their Hindu wedding.
The wedding will see the #NickYanka arriving by a helicopter at the wedding venue.
The Hindu wedding will witness Nick and family arriving in a horse drawn carriage in a traditional Barat to sweep the bride away.
The wedding is said to be covered by photographers from Josevilla.
#NickYanka have banned cellphones from their wedding to keep their ceremonies private.
The guest-list includes Hollywood celebrities like Dwayne Johnson, Kelly Ripa and Lupita Nyong’o. Ralph Lauren has been sent an exclusive invitation for acting cupid to the couple as they have been said to have finally hit it off when they were paired by Ralph to walk for him at the Met Gala.
Priyanka Chopra’s best friends Arpita Khan Sharma, Srishti Behl Arya, Alia Bhatt, Katrina Kaif and the star cast of Shonali Bose’s “The Sky is Pink” have been invited.
Meghan Markle and Prince Harry have also been invited but seeing that Meghan is heavily pregnant with her first child and their arrival will cause more strain on the security, their presence seems bleak.
